Tamarac Mayor Michelle J. Gómez and The Lumana Foundation are hosting the Lumana Cup Soccer Tournament on Saturday, Nov. 7, starting at 9 a.m. at the Tamarac Sports Complex, 9901 NW 77th St.
Besides soccer, the event will offer health resources, visits with medical specialists, food and family entertainment. Organizers say the day is meant to raise awareness of men’s health, encourage early testing and support people living with chronic illness.
