References to the upcoming video game GTA VI appeared at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens during Sunday’s Miami Dolphins game, CBS News Miami reported.
Fans posted photos on social media of an “I love Vice City” sign on a fenced walkway near the stadium, along with the game’s cover art. During the game, the GTA VI logo appeared next to the jumbotron, and the game’s main characters were shown.
The game also nods to Miami. The Dolphins appear in it as the “Vice City Manatees.” In one of the game’s trailers, a character wears a nearly identical Dolphins jersey in the team’s aqua color.
The promotions are the latest in a growing number of Vice City references showing up around Miami, the report said. The stadium is home to the Dolphins in Miami Gardens, so the appearance was visible to fans at the game on Sunday.
