The City of Tamarac is hosting a free Feature Creatures demo class for children ages 5 to 8 on Wednesday, Oct. 14, from 6 to 7 p.m. at Tamarac Park, 7501 N. University Dr.
The class mixes animal science with hands-on crafts. The city says the program is designed to build fine motor skills and spark curiosity about animals, and it gives children a chance to make new friends.
Space is limited. Parents can reserve a spot by registering at Tamarac.me/events. Questions can go to the city at 954-597-3674.
