The Jupiter Town Council is scheduled to consider a large-scale planned unit development for a 10.5-acre site at 961 and 997 A1A. The project, called Sperry, would include a hotel, residential condominiums, a restaurant, retail space and a marina. The developer has also requested several waivers.
The first reading of the ordinance is set for Oct. 29, 2026. The town did not give a date for the second reading, which will be followed by resolutions covering the site plan and special exceptions. Those items are listed as to be determined. Town staff noted that titles may change before approval.
The council meets at 6 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Complex at 210 Military Trail. Residents who want to speak for or against the project can attend the hearings. The town said it does not produce a verbatim record of its meetings, so anyone planning to appeal a decision would need to arrange their own transcript.
Questions about the application can go to Peter Meyer in the Planning and Zoning Department at 561-741-2691. Agendas and supporting documents are usually posted on the town website about a week before each meeting.
