The City of Plantation Utilities Department is preparing to launch a new customer portal that adds several ways for residents to pay their utility bills. The launch date has not been announced.
The updated system will offer digital wallet payments, AutoPay, and in-store cash payments at participating retailers. Customers will also be able to pay by phone at any hour, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The online experience is being redesigned so account holders can manage their utility accounts and view bills in one place.
City officials said the official launch date and instructions for getting started will be released later. Residents can check www.plantation.org/Utilities in the coming weeks for updates.
