The playground at the Recreation Complex in Coconut Creek will be temporarily closed starting Friday, Oct. 30, while crews repair the flooring, according to the city’s Parks and Recreation Department.
Officials expect the playground to reopen Monday, Nov. 2. The department did not give a specific time for the reopening in its announcement.
Families who plan weekend visits to the complex should plan around the closure. The city thanked residents for their patience while the work keeps the playground safe, the department said.
