Singer Chris Ruggiero is scheduled to perform at the Palace at Kings Point in Tamarac on Saturday, Oct. 17, at 8 p.m. The show leans on polished vocals and classic love songs from the pop and rock ’n’ roll catalog, with numbers such as “Wouldn’t It Be Nice,” “My Cherie Amour,” “The More I See You” and “This Magic Moment.”
Ruggiero first drew national attention through a PBS concert special and has since built a touring career around the music he grew up with, according to Tamarac Talk.
Tickets cost $25 for Kings Point residents and $30 for guests. They can be bought online or at the box office. The box office opens 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Wednesday and 8:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. Thursday and Friday. On Saturdays, tickets are sold at the Clubhouse from 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and at the Palace from 7 to 8:15 p.m.
Shorts are not permitted in the theater, and all attendees must be 18 or older. The Palace is at 7622 NW 76th St. in Tamarac and is open to the public.
