Boca Raton residents face a wet and breezy start to the first full week of November, with a Flood Watch in effect through Monday afternoon across Palm Beach County. Rainbands driven by deep tropical moisture continue to push onto the coastline.
High astronomical tides and gusty onshore winds also keep a Coastal Flood Advisory and a High Surf Advisory in place for local beaches.
Conditions are expected to improve as high pressure builds over the region by Wednesday morning. That system should push out lingering humidity and bring in drier air from the north, leading to bright sunshine and pleasant weather by mid-to-late week.
