The City of Deerfield Beach is offering two free Pilates preview classes this November, giving residents a chance to try the program before its regular monthly schedule begins in December.
The first session, a Pilates demo, is set for Saturday, Nov. 14, at 11 a.m. A second class, Pilates Sculpt Demo, follows on Saturday, Nov. 21, also at 11 a.m. The post did not list a specific location for either class.
Spaces for the November demos are limited. Residents can reserve a spot through the city’s registration page at dfb.city.
Once the regular schedule starts, drop-in visitors can pay $30 per class. A monthly pass costs $100 per class and is sold as a monthly series.
