Discover The Palm Beaches, the county’s destination marketing organization, will hold its fifth annual Hospitality and Tourism Job Fair on Thursday, Oct. 15, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the Palm Beach State College Lake Worth Beach main campus, 4200 S. Congress Ave. Admission is free and open to the public, and Spanish and Creole translators will be on site.
More than 30 employers are scheduled to attend, including Hilton West Palm Beach, Opal Grand Oceanfront Resort & Spa, Palm Beach Marriott Singer Island Beach Resort & Spa and The Ben West Palm. Other hotels, restaurants, attractions, retailers and entertainment venues will also recruit. Openings range from front desk and food-and-beverage jobs to operations, sales, marketing and management, in both full-time and part-time roles.
The group says tourism supports nearly 95,000 local jobs in Palm Beach County. The fair comes as the destination reported a record 6.09 million visitors in the first half of 2026, up 6.4% from the same period in 2025.
Organizers ask job seekers to dress professionally, bring résumés and pre-register at thepalmbeaches.com/jobfair. A second session is scheduled one week earlier at a different location, ahead of the busy season.
