A Miami man faces multiple felony charges after Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office investigators said he repeatedly harassed a woman with threatening text messages and later shared private explicit images of her without consent.
According to a probable cause affidavit, Henry Christopher Dufour, 31, is charged with written threats to kill, aggravated stalking with a credible threat, unlawful use of a two-way communication device and sexual cyberharassment.
Investigators said the woman went on two dates with a man who called himself “Henry Hernandez.” After she decided not to continue the relationship, the affidavit says, he began contacting her from multiple phone numbers. She received numerous threatening messages between September and October 2026, some of them threatening violence and death, and about 22 calls from unknown or blocked numbers over several days.
Detectives said they tied the messages to Dufour through social media accounts, phone records, email accounts and subscriber information obtained through emergency disclosure requests. The woman identified him from a law enforcement photo lineup.
Deputies also said Dufour sent sexually explicit images of the woman to her workplace. She told investigators the images came from private content she had shared earlier and were never meant to be distributed.
The Sheriff’s Office said it had probable cause to arrest Dufour on the charges.
