Ember & Vine has opened at 5920 Coral Ridge Drive in Coral Springs, the latest restaurant from Eddie and Christina Pozzuoli of P Hospitality. The couple, who also run Eddie & Vinny’s in Coral Springs and Dear Olivia in Parkland, came up with the concept after a trip to Napa Valley. They wanted that relaxed wine-country feel without the stiffness.
