Developers BAM Developers and Ascendra Capital have opened a sales gallery for Seventeen Gables, a 117-unit condominium under construction at 1715 Douglas Road in Coral Gables. The gallery is at 120 Aragon Avenue.

The space includes a detailed scale model of the building, a full-scale model kitchen and curated displays of the architecture, interiors and finishes. Asprea Studio, led by designer Karen Asprea, handled the interiors for both the building and the gallery. The design blends New York sophistication with Coral Gables’ Mediterranean style.

Mayer Berkovits, founder and CEO of BAM Developers, said construction began in April. David Steinberg, partner and chief investment officer of Ascendra Capital, said opening the gallery during construction shows the partners are committed to finishing the project.

The eight-story building will have one-, two- and three-bedroom residences starting in the mid-$600,000s. Developers expect to deliver the project in the first quarter of 2028, and it will be the tallest building in East Gables. Amenities include a fitness center, sauna, resort-style pool, co-working spaces, assigned parking and ground-floor retail.

Cervera Real Estate is handling sales and marketing. Buyers can get availability, floor plans and appointments at seventeengables.com.
