A co-owner of Not Your Bakery LLC, a Delray Beach hemp and THC product distributor, has been arrested in a Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office investigation, according to court records.

Hassan Mohamed Soueid, 33, faces multiple felony charges, including money laundering, organized fraud and controlled substance violations. Investigators allege the company sold THC products that exceeded legal hemp limits while marketing them as compliant hemp products.

Soueid is the second person arrested in the case. Former co-owner and CFO Casey Anne Smith was arrested earlier this year on related charges. PBSO investigators identified Soueid as a co-owner and managing member of the company and allege he played a role in its operations and financial activities.

The investigation remains active, and authorities have not ruled out additional arrests.
