Families looking to stock up on children’s clothing, toys and baby gear can shop the Just Between Friends consignment sale Oct. 7 to 11 at the Coral Springs Gymnasium, 2501 Coral Springs Drive.
The twice-yearly pop-up features new and gently used clothing and shoes for sizes infant through teen, plus toys, books and baby essentials. Lauren Maring, the franchisee for Just Between Friends of Coral Springs, said items are priced 50% to 90% below retail. Expectant parents can find strollers, car seats, cribs, video monitors and swaddles. Sellers also offer princess and superhero costumes, which organizers say cost a fraction of theme park prices.
The schedule is split across the week. A ticketed presale opens Wednesday, Oct. 7. Public shopping runs 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 8, with free admission for ticket holders or $5 at the door. Friday, Oct. 9, is open without a ticket from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., with a buy-three-get-one-free book deal.
Saturday, Oct. 10, runs 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. with 25% discounts and no ticket. A half-price presale follows from 4 to 9 p.m., costing $3 with a ticket or $5 at the door. The sale ends Sunday, Oct. 11, from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m., with no ticket needed and half-price pricing on items without a star on the tag.
