Coral Way has reopened after a driver ended a reckless drive with a crash near Southwest 72nd Avenue on Wednesday evening.
7News cameras captured a heavily damaged white sedan in the street at the intersection. Officers from several police agencies surrounded the vehicle and shut down the surrounding roadway while they worked the scene.
The source report did not say what caused the driver to crash, and it did not say whether anyone was taken into custody. Police details were not immediately available in the report.
The roads have since been reopened to traffic. Drivers who use Coral Way in that stretch of Miami-Dade County can expect the roadway to be open again.
