Miami-Dade Clerk of the Court and Comptroller Juan Fernandez-Barquin has launched an online Recording Application that lets customers file Notices of Commencement and Declarations of Domicile without going to a courthouse. The clerk announced the service in a column published in the Kendall Gazette.
