The Haunt, a Halloween attraction, is back this season with four haunted houses packed with zombies, monsters and other creatures. The attraction is now inside The Venue Fort Lauderdale in Wilton Manors.
The Haunt previously operated at Tree Tops Park in Davie. Organizers moved indoors after mosquitoes became too much to handle outdoors. Jaime Passakos, one of the organizers, joked that the mosquitoes were “taking more blood than the vampires,” and said the group needed an indoor facility.
The attraction runs its final weekend of the Halloween season, closing on Friday. The source did not list ticket prices or hours.
