Boca Raton residents face a split week of weather, with blustery and damp conditions early on giving way to sunshine ahead of Halloween weekend, according to the Boca Raton Tribune.
Northeast winds of 20 to 22 mph are expected to dominate the first part of the week. Combined with high astronomical tides, the onshore winds have prompted a Coastal Flood Warning and a High Surf Advisory for Palm Beach County beaches.
Winds are forecast to ease significantly by Wednesday afternoon as the pressure gradient relaxes across South Florida. The shift should bring drier air and longer stretches of sunshine.
Daytime highs are expected to stay comfortable all week, between 80 and 84 degrees Fahrenheit.
