The Plantation Historical Society is hosting Plant Affair, a garden show and sale, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 24, at Volunteer Park in Plantation.
Admission is free, according to the source report, which describes the event as a plant lover’s outing with a sale component.
The show is a low-cost way for South Florida gardeners to shop for plants and spend a weekend morning outdoors. Visitors looking for new plants for their yards or balconies can make a day of it without paying at the gate.
