Coconut Creek Parks and Recreation is hosting a 3v3 soccer tournament to benefit the Coconut Creek Police Department’s Holiday Toy Drive. The round-robin event is set for Monday, Nov. 23, at 6:30 p.m. at Soccer Field No. 4 in Sabal Pines Park.
Each player’s entry requires one new, unwrapped toy, which teams bring to the Recreation Complex at 4455 Sol Press Boulevard. The city lists three age divisions: 9U coed for ages 7 to 9, 12U boys for ages 10 to 12, and 13U girls for ages 10 to 13. Teams can have three to five players, and each division is capped at six teams.
Teams must register in person at the Recreation Complex by Friday, Nov. 20, at 5 p.m., or until each division fills. Families with questions can call 954-956-1580 or visit CoconutCreek.gov/Recreation.
