Construction has reached a milestone at Villa Jordana, an eight-story development at 826 S Dixie Highway in Hollywood. The City of Hollywood announced on Instagram that the building has topped out, the point where the final structural beam is placed at the top of a building.
The project will bring 96 affordable apartments for adults ages 62 and older. Planned amenities include a resort-style pool, a fitness center and a community room.
Completion is anticipated in 2027. The project moves the site one step closer to welcoming its first residents, according to the city.
