Little Ruby’s, the New York café mini-chain known for its Australian-style breakfasts and its “Bronte” burger, is coming to CityPlace in West Palm Beach in 2027, according to Palm Beach Now. Markets of Tomorrow reports that the West Palm Beach location will be the chain’s first in Florida.

The café is part of Wish You Were Here Group. It has not released a West Palm Beach menu yet, but its New York menus offer a preview. The Bronte pairs a seven-ounce beef patty with Swiss cheese, tomato, spinach, sweet chili and mayo on toasted ciabatta. Breakfast includes ricotta hotcakes with whipped maple butter and banana, along with Vegemite toast on sourdough. Dinner options include spicy vodka pasta and chicken schnitzel served with creamed corn.

Little Ruby’s opened in New York in 2002. Its team drew on hospitality experience from Sydney’s northern beaches when it launched Ruby’s in the U.S. The chain has since expanded to several Manhattan and Brooklyn neighborhoods and to Dallas. Its cafés serve breakfast, lunch and dinner seven days a week.

The new café will sit alongside Maman, a French café that also started in New York, and Harry’s, the Financial District steakhouse. CityPlace, at 700 S. Rosemary Ave., already has more than 30 restaurants, cafés and bars. The café has not announced an exact opening date.
