The City of Miramar Housing Division is accepting applications for several housing assistance programs aimed at eligible residents and families. The city announced the openings in an Instagram post on Tuesday, Oct. 27.
The available programs include down payment assistance for first-time homebuyers, foreclosure prevention and home repairs, and emergency roof and air conditioning repairs for seniors. Rental assistance covering first and last month’s rent opens Thursday, Oct. 29.
All applications must be submitted online through the city’s Neighborly portal. Residents can review eligibility rules, application guidelines and program details at InvestMiramar.org/Housing.
