The Coral Springs Charter girls’ bowling team finished third place out of 34 teams at the Florida High School Athletic Association Championship, held October 27 through 29 at Boardwalk Bowl Entertainment Center in Orlando.
The Panthers also won the Broward County championship and their district title this season. Cameron Thiele placed sixth among 230 individual girls bowlers, and Chloe Etter finished 51st, according to Coach Greg Mason.
Mason praised the team’s work ethic and dedication. “I am very proud of the team,” he said. “They did well this season and at the state championships because they worked hard and were very dedicated. I am looking forward to next season.”
