The Boca Raton Historical Society hosted Toasts, Tastes & Trolleys 2026 on Friday, Sept. 18, a progressive evening of food, drinks and stops at some of the city’s best-known landmarks. The fundraiser supports the society’s educational programs and historic preservation work.
Guests gathered for a reception at The Addison, dressed in tropical chic attire, then boarded five sponsored vintage-style trolleys. The tour included stops at Historic Town Hall, home of the society and The Schmidt Boca Raton History Museum, and Louie Bossi’s Ristorante, Bar & Pizzeria. At each stop, guests ate, drank and learned about the people and places that shaped the city.
The trolleys returned to The Addison around 9:30 p.m. for a closing round of desserts and espresso martinis.
Olivia Hollaus, the society’s executive director, thanked the trolley sponsors, host venues and attendees. Proceeds will fund school field trips, youth workshops, community presentations and work to preserve the city’s historic sites, collections and archives.
The museum, at 71 N. Federal Highway, is open Wednesday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
