One person was hospitalized after an incident Saturday morning on Northwest 62nd Street in Miami, and Miami-Dade Sheriff’s Office deputies blocked off the area with crime scene tape.
WSVN 7News cameras captured deputies working the scene and a person being taken away to a hospital. The station did not say how the person was hurt, and the cause of the incident was not immediately clear.
7News said it had reached out to the sheriff’s office for more information. The station said it would update the story as details become available, so residents who live near the block or plan to drive through it should expect continued police activity until the scene is cleared.
