The Town of Jupiter has scheduled a series of public hearings on a Future Land Use Map amendment for a property near Beacon Park. The site sits roughly 180 feet south of Island Way and 1,300 feet west of Limestone Creek Road, abutting the southbound Interstate 95 ramp.
The Local Planning Agency and Planning and Zoning Commission will hear the item first on Nov. 10, 2026. The Town Council is scheduled to consider it on first reading on Dec. 15, followed by second reading on Jan. 19, 2027. All meetings begin at 7 p.m. in the Council Chambers at the Municipal Complex, 210 Military Trail.
Town officials said the agenda titles may change before approval. Residents are encouraged to check the Planning and Zoning Commission and Town Council agendas on the town website, which are usually posted about a week before each meeting.
The notice went to property owners within 300 feet of the site. Anyone who wants to appeal a decision will need a verbatim record of the proceedings, which the town does not prepare. Questions can be directed to Garret Watson in the Planning and Zoning Department at (561) 741-2549.
