Greenbriar Park in Wellington will remain closed until 10 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 1, so the Wellington Runners Club can host its Wellington 5K, 10-Miler and Tower Challenge.
The races start and finish at the park, located at 2965 Greenbriar Boulevard. All public amenities at the park will be closed during the early morning hours until the events get underway.
Residents who plan to use the park’s fields, courts or playground on Sunday morning should plan to arrive after 10 a.m. Drivers in the area may also see runners and extra traffic near the park during the morning.
