The Betsy Hotel on Ocean Drive has released its fall and winter live music lineup, and much of it is free to the public. The boutique hotel’s programming, which began in 2010, is the longest-running series of its kind on Miami Beach, according to the venue.

The season opened Saturday, Oct. 17, with Miami singer Carole Ann Taylor performing with the Angel Perez Trio. That show kicked off the Overture to Overtown Jazz Legacy Series, which honors South Florida’s Black musical heritage. The same quartet returns Nov. 21 and Dec. 10, and the Nicole Yarling Duo plays Dec. 10. Vocalist LeNard Rutledge performs Dec. 26.

A monthly Sofar Sounds residency, curated with JChris, brings intimate concerts to the hotel. The next one is Friday, Oct. 23, and a Nov. 19 show will feature Italian pop star Virginio. The series skips December and resumes in January 2027.

The Piano Masters/New Voices program starts Tuesday, Nov. 24, at The Piano Bar, with University of Miami emerging jazz pianists. Thanksgiving week brings nightly jazz, including Finnish guitarist Joonas Haavisto on several dates. The hotel has not yet announced its Festival of Lights, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day or New Year’s Eve performances, and says those will be posted on its live music calendar.

The Betsy is at 1440 Ocean Drive in Miami Beach. Information is available by calling 844-539-2840.
