The Worlds Collide concert tour, a Disney Channel show featuring stars from Descendants, Zombies and Camp Rock, is back for a second year, and this time it is heading overseas. The cast talked with WSVN 7News before setting out on a tour that will cover U.S. cities and international stops.
South Florida fans can catch the show at Amerant Bank Arena in Sunrise on Tuesday, Nov. 24.
Malachi Barton, Dara Renée and Mekonnen Knife return from the first tour. They are joined by newcomers including Liamani Segura, Kiara Romero, Hudson Stone, Alexandro Byrd and Swayam Bhatia. Romero said Camp Rock brings more guitar and rock elements, making the show feel edgier than before.
Several cast members said they are looking forward to travel. Dara Renée said she has never been to Europe or outside the United States. Mekonnen Knife named Paris as a stop he is excited about, and Barton mentioned Amsterdam. Hudson Stone, who has never done a tour like this, said the schedule will push him outside his comfort zone.
The performers said the goal is high energy and a crowd on its feet, with every cast member getting a moment to shine. Tickets and details are available through the tour’s website and the arena.
