The City of Tamarac will begin accepting applications for its First-Time Homebuyer Program on Monday, Nov. 2, at 10 a.m. The program offers eligible applicants up to $85,000 in down payment assistance.
Residents who want to see whether they qualify can check eligibility and find more information at Tamarac.gov/DownPaymentAssistance.
The program is aimed at people buying their first home, and the city is encouraging interested buyers to review the requirements before the application window opens.
