Most people never see the fiber lines, water mains and drainage systems under South Florida’s roads, but someone has to put them there. VF Builders, a licensed general contractor based in Boca Raton, is one of the companies doing that work, while also building and renovating the homes and commercial spaces above ground.
Led by CEO Vinicius Ferreira, known to clients as Vinny, the company started in residential construction and remodeling and has grown into a firm that serves public agencies, developers, businesses and property owners across Florida and in other states.
Three divisions, one team
VF Builders organizes its work into three areas. The civil infrastructure division handles underground construction, directional drilling, fiber and cable networks, hydro excavation, sewer and drainage, water main and pump station work, and utility mapping. The development division builds new homes, spec homes and commercial projects. The maintenance division covers renovation, roofing, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and mechanical work.
The company holds six State of Florida certifications: general contractor, underground utility and excavation, roofing, air conditioning, mechanical and plumbing. All can be verified with the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation.
Close to home
Recent work includes a roofing project at RSR Senior Residences in Miami and home renovations in Delray Beach, Boca Raton and Wellington. Its list of business partners includes Duke Energy, Broward County Public Schools, the School District of Palm Beach County and the West Palm Beach Housing Authority.
“We believe every project is an opportunity to build trust, create value and strengthen communities,” Ferreira says on the company’s website.
VF Builders is at 299 Camino Gardens Blvd in Boca Raton and can be reached at (954) 655-9570 or through vfbuilders.com.
