Palm Tran is offering free rides to polling places on Election Day, Tuesday, Nov. 3. The free rides apply to its Fixed Route, Palm Tran Connection and Go Glades services.

Riders who are going to or coming from a polling location must tell the bus operator or reservationist. Voters can also show the bus operator their “I Voted” sticker, the transit agency said.

Palm Tran buses and paratransit will run on the normal weekday schedule that day, according to the agency. Riders can plan trips through the Palm Tran website.

The offer gives Palm Beach County voters without a car another way to reach their precinct on the final day of the election.
