The City of Miami Beach says the seventh year of No Vacancy Miami Beach will place 12 artists in 12 hotels across the city. The free citywide exhibition of site-specific installations runs Thursday, Nov. 12, through Saturday, Dec. 19.

The juried competition is a partnership with the city’s Visual Arts Advisory Committee, Experience Miami Beach and Visit Miami. Organizers say the works turn unexpected spaces into art destinations. Winners will be announced later in the run.

The selected artists and hotels include Kevin Arrow at Casa Faena, Luján Candria at Balfour Miami Beach, Yanira Collado at The Shelborne, Morel Doucet at Avalon Hotel South Beach and Diana Eusebio at The Royal Palm Miami. Other participants are Gonzalo Hernández at Sherry Frontenac Resort, Justin H. Long at Hotel Croydon, Emmett Moore at Edgewater Hotel Miami Beach, Alex Nuñez at Surfcomber Hotel and Marlon Portales at Stanton South Beach.

Lulu Sanchez will show work at the International Inn, and Ricardo E. Zulueta will be at The Betsy Hotel. The city highlighted Josh Aronson’s “Florida Boys,” shown in the 2024 exhibition, as a featured piece.
