Miami-Dade Clerk launches online recording for construction and residency filings

Miami-Dade Clerk of Court has launched an online recording application that lets customers file Notices of Commencement and Declarations of Domicile electronically, without a trip to the Osvaldo N. Soto Justice Center Courthouse. The filings are available through the Clerk’s website or mobile app under the Records tab, by selecting ERecording Web Service.
