JetBlue will launch its new domestic first-class cabin, BlueFirst, with a flight from Boston to Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport on December 8. The airline chose the Fort Lauderdale airport for the service’s first revenue flight, the company said, because Fort Lauderdale was JetBlue’s first destination when it launched.
