A Halloween carnival for families is coming to Coral Springs this weekend. The Thrills & Chills event runs noon to 2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 17, at the Gymnasium at 2501 Coral Springs Drive. Parking is free.
The indoor carnival offers games, crafts, DJ music, candy bags, a sensory-friendly area and a glow-in-the-dark disco dance room. Attendees are invited to wear their favorite Halloween costumes.
Advance tickets bought on the event website by Oct. 17 cost $5 for ages 2 and up. Tickets bought at the door cost $8, so families planning to attend can save $3 per ticket by buying online before the event.
