The City of Tamarac will hold a ribbon-cutting ceremony for two new businesses on Saturday, Oct. 17, from 10 to 11 a.m. The event celebrates New Jewelry Exchange and Sunshine State Dry Cleaners, both located at 6730 and 6734 N. University Dr.
The city is encouraging residents to turn out and support the businesses as they officially join the Tamarac community. The post urged people to shop local.
The ceremony is a chance for neighbors to meet the new owners and see what the two shops offer on the North University Drive corridor.
