Some areas could see king tide coastal saltwater flooding around the times of high tide on Friday. Forecasters are watching those windows closely because the tides run higher than usual at this time of year.
Rain returns overnight into Saturday morning, with scattered thunderstorms possible. The breeze is expected to build through the day, bringing a chance of passing showers and storms. Highs will climb into the low 90s.
Rain chances drop on Sunday, with only an isolated thunderstorm or two possible. Highs will hold near 90 degrees. Lower rain chances are expected to continue through the early and middle part of next week.
