A man was arrested Monday at the Broward County Courthouse in Fort Lauderdale for allegedly violating a stalking injunction by filming a lawyer who had represented his ex-wife, the Broward Sheriff’s Office said.

Deputies said Bradley Robert Goldberg, 52, walked up to a security desk with his cellphone aimed at the attorney, who was waiting to speak with a detective. The attorney told a deputy he had an active protective injunction against Goldberg. Deputies sent Goldberg to the third floor for his courthouse business, but investigators said he instead went to a second-floor area overlooking the security desk and kept recording.

At a bond hearing Tuesday, the court heard allegations that Goldberg had harassed the attorney for two years, threatened him, found his home address and posted allegations against him on a YouTube channel. The attorney had represented Goldberg’s ex-wife in a battery case against him. Deputies said Goldberg was served with the injunction on Sept. 17, 2025. It bars him from harassing, following or stalking the attorney and requires him to stay away from the attorney’s home and workplace.

A judge set bond at $30,000 and ordered no contact with the attorney. Goldberg also has a bond hold in Seminole County.
