The Town of Jupiter has scheduled a series of public hearings on large scale planned unit development applications for Beacon Park, a proposed 103-home single-family community on about 58.5 acres. The applications also include waiver requests and a site plan.
The first hearing is set for Nov. 10, 2026, before the Local Planning Agency and Planning and Zoning Commission. The Town Council will then take up the item on first reading on Dec. 15, 2026, and on second reading on Jan. 19, 2027. All meetings start at 7 p.m. in the Council Chambers at the Municipal Complex, 210 Military Trail.
The property sits south of Jupiter Community Park, west of Limestone Creek Road, north of Indiantown Road and east of the Interstate 95 interchange. The town notice did not describe the project’s design or traffic plans.
Owners of property within 300 feet of the site received notice by mail. Residents who want to weigh in can attend the hearings or contact the Planning and Zoning Department at (561) 741-2473. Town officials said agendas and supporting documents are usually posted on jupiter.fl.us about a week before each meeting. Titles may change before approval.
