The Community Foundation for Palm Beach and Martin Counties has opened its 2026-2027 competitive Community Impact grantmaking cycle, inviting nonprofit organizations in both counties to apply for funding for programs, operations and organizational growth.
Applications open Nov. 2 and close Dec. 18, 2026, at 5 p.m. The foundation expects to announce recipients in late spring 2027. Nonprofits may request year-round or summer funding.
To help groups prepare, the foundation will hold free Grant-Seeker Sessions throughout November, with in-person and virtual options. The sessions cover eligibility, the application process and funding priorities for the coming year. Organizations can register online through the foundation’s ticketing page.
Pam Rauch, chair of the foundation’s Community Impact Committee, said the grants are meant to help local groups turn strong ideas into lasting results. A volunteer committee reviews each application to make sure funding fits the foundation’s mission.
In 2026, the foundation awarded more than $6.56 million to 177 nonprofits across Palm Beach and Martin counties. Over its 55-year history, it has made grants to more than 3,600 nonprofit partners.
