The City of Miramar introduced Silvia Dominguez, its regional park manager with the Parks and Recreation Department, who oversees daily operations at the newly renovated Miramar Regional Park Water Playground.
The renovation used powder-coated stainless steel for better durability and sustainability. The city also installed a new system that uses nearly 75% less water than the old one and reduces energy use.
The city’s post links residents to information on how property taxes pay for city services, using the hashtag #FundedByMyPropertyTax. The post did not give opening dates or hours for the playground.
