A motorcyclist was airlifted to a hospital in critical condition after a crash in Miami Lakes early Monday, the Miami-Dade Sheriff’s Office said.
Deputies responded around 5:49 a.m. to the area of Northwest 57th Avenue and Miami Lakes Drive. Miami-Dade Fire Rescue also went to the scene and flew the rider to JMH Ryder Trauma Center.
The driver of the other vehicle stayed at the scene, according to the sheriff’s office. The agency has not released any other details about how the crash happened.
