A new trailer for the rebooted “Baywatch” is out, and sorority members at the University of Miami are helping spread the word. Fox Entertainment and the campus marketing firm Campus Launch organized the promotion, which the company described as one of the largest sorority collaborations of all time.

Four sororities across the country are taking part. The University of Miami chapter of Delta Phi Epsilon filmed its contribution at Crandon Park on Key Biscayne, where members produced photos, TikTok videos and a dance set to Dolly Parton’s “9 to 5.”

Campus Launch founder Jake Motyl said sorority activations are an effective way to reach Gen Z audiences. Vivian Amoia, a Delta Phi Epsilon member, said the chapter came out to celebrate the show’s return.

The series, which revives the lifeguard drama after 25 years, is set to air on Channel 7 starting in January. The producers are promoting heavier action stunts than the original show.
