A new seafood restaurant is coming to East Atlantic Boulevard in Pompano Beach. RimLay Seafood is taking over the former La Terrazza Cubana space at 3428 E. Atlantic Blvd., a few blocks from the Intracoastal Waterway.

Owners Tammy and “Mr. Big” Boonlong are bringing back a concept Tammy previously ran in the Washington, D.C., area. Shrimp, crawfish and crab are tossed in garlic-chili Cajun butter and finished with Thai herbs.

The restaurant will have about 40 seats indoors and 40 outside. The opening is targeted for right after Thanksgiving, according to the source post, which linked to a longer story on Pompano Beach Insider.
