Air Force One is expected to land Friday at the newly renamed President Donald J. Trump International Airport in Palm Beach County, which would mark its first arrival there under the new name. The White House has not confirmed the visit.

The Federal Aviation Administration has set flight restrictions beginning at 4:30 p.m. Friday over Mar-a-Lago and much of Palm Beach County. NORAD fighter jets will enforce the restrictions, and the agency said drills will be conducted Wednesday. Pilots are advised to check advisories before flying in the area.

The town of Palm Beach has also announced road closures along South Ocean Boulevard, starting Friday at 5 a.m.

Former President Donald Trump last visited the area in May, when he gave a speech at the Kravis Center in West Palm Beach. Residents who plan to drive near the waterfront or the airport should expect delays and check for updates before heading out.
