Not My Daughter … Find a Cure Now! will hold its 17th annual Shopping Boutique and Luncheon on Monday, Oct. 26, at the Fort Lauderdale Marriott Coral Springs Hotel & Convention Center at Heron Bay. The event starts at 10 a.m. and is expected to draw more than 500 guests.

Proceeds will support breast cancer research, support services and prevention programs. This year’s theme, “Fall in Love with NMD,” includes a fashion show sponsored by Bloomingdale’s that features breast cancer survivors. Guests can also shop at several boutiques, enter raffles and learn about the group’s programs.

The nonprofit is also marking the opening of its second support center, at UHealth SoLé Mia in North Miami, part of Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center. The center offers patient navigation, emotional support and community resources for patients and families.

“Not My Daughter … Find a Cure Now! support Centers ensure no one faces breast cancer alone,” founder and chairwoman Denyse Hostig said.

General admission tickets cost $125. The VIPink Experience costs $225 and includes a special VIP gift. Tickets and sponsorship information are available at notmydaughter.org.
