The City of Deerfield Beach is kicking off its Movies in the Park series with a free screening of the film “Michael” (PG-13) on Friday, Oct. 16, at the Main Beach area, 149 SE 21st Ave.
Gates open at 6:30 p.m., and the movie starts at 7:30 p.m. Admission is free. Attendees can buy dinner from EOS Tacos on site, and the city says free popcorn will be provided to everyone.
The city recommends bringing blankets, lawn chairs and picnic snacks for the outdoor show. A full list of upcoming movies at parks across the city is posted at DFB.city/MITP.
